Usher

Guides attendees to their assigned seats and assists with directions inside the venue

Greeter

Welcomes guests at the entrance and provides general information or directions

Ticket Scanner

Checks and scans tickets at the door to ensure valid entry to the event

Ticket Register

This role will be in charge of selling tickets at the door for patrons who did not buy online. This person will help with patrons choosing their seats and paying for their ticket(s).

Concessions Register

This role runs the register at our concessions. Handles payments for concessions and works with our conession runners to provide our patrons with the conessions they want.

Concession Runner

This role will be supporting the concession regsiter role. This role includes being a runner for drinks, candy, and popcorn to provide to our patrons and making popcorn for the perfomances/events.

Conncesion Beer Runner

This role will be in charge of any alcohol sales at events. This role must have a certificate to be able to sell beer at our performances/events.

Clean Up Crew

This role is to provide cleaning help for before/after events or performances to help our facilties look great.
